Director of Donor Services

Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of strategic plan for Donor Services: Simplification of donor screening criteria (FDA, AATB, RTI) - Optimize screening process throughout OPO's: Decrease deferral rate with OPO's with a goal of driving reduction of overall RTI donor rejection rate    Ongoing Assessment of additional sourcing option to drive flexibility of supply to support growth   Assess OPO landscape and develop strategy around tiered approach to OPO sourcing and contracting  Drive donor QA (chart release) towards OPO's  Improve RTI chart release metrics to become Best in Class Tissue processor  Building reporting mechanisms and maintaining a database and assumptions around Tissue donation levels, demographics, OPO/processor share estimates to help guide strategic approach to contracting  Build a data algorithm for demand/supply and predictability (from death rate, by geography, conditions)  Stakeholder management Voice of RTI with OPO's, AATB and other key industry stakeholders Develop and maintain executive level relationships across OPOs, collaborating to implement consistent cadence of business reviews (quarterly or monthly as needed)  Secure sustainability of tissue supply for annual operating plans (MS, Dermis & Other soft tissue) Represent RTI and RTIDS at key conferences, OPO forums, Ad boards   Financials and operating metrics Responsible for annual budget inputs for payroll, discretionary spend and setting volume and fee assumptions for agencies, working in close collaboration with finance.   Achieve operating targets for DS (number of donors, demographics, rejection metrics, $budget to plan) Integrated monthly S&OP Work in close collaboration with Operations, Donor QA, R&D and Finance to ensure alignment of delivery, forecasting/sourcing targets to support business needs People Manage DS relationship managers with OPO's  Capture the responsibility of the OPO relationship manager (what does it mean: quarterly reviews, cross functional relationship, understanding the OPO operating mechanisms, develop improvement opportunities to maximize the value of the relationship self-screening, decrease of rejection rates, improvement of recovery processes   Manage DS Support (Screening and Clinical Trainer) --> Solution manager Desired Background and Experience Strategic leader Results oriented business leader (able to engage at C-suite level) Negotiation skills critical, influencing skills, communication skills Problem solving capabilities Understanding of OPO landscape: OPO players, process of recovery, QA piece of chart release, some medical background, microbiology a plus  Qualifications;  Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. 10+ Year relevant work experience with an OPO. Having both OPO and industry (Tissue Processing) experience is a plus. 1547

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
