Operations Supervisor

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible forthe overall performance of an assigned shift(s) and employees within; includingproduction output, compliance, driving lean initiatives and achieving setmetrics. The Supervisor will overseetheir employees inside a manufacturing environment and ensure adherence tocompany policy and procedures. Thisposition will be critical in success of the department and will help RTISurgical maximize the amount of patients served while maintaining a high levelof quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Supervises hourly staff including scheduling and PTOapproval, performance management, and corrective actions.
Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating theperformance of the manufacturing staff and documenting when successfullycompleted.
Interfaces with Operations Management Team regarding productionneeds and challenges as well as individual and group performance.
Ensures all operations are performed safely andpromoting safe work practices to the shift and sets priorities for meetingproduction commitments with the input from Planning/Scheduling departments.
Trains operators on processes and new operations andensures operators have tools and equipment to complete their jobs
Assists in ensuring new product launches are completedon-time
Provides front-line quality checks and assist operatorsin making sure all operations are completed within the appropriate guidelines
Ensures all required operations (daily cleaning,environmental sampling, etc.) are completed and provides feedback to operatorson quality results to improve operators' quality performance
Works with operators and engineers to improve teammembers output and cycle time with the goal to improve the overall businessunit operations
Drives compliance of company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in functional area and/or2 years of Supervisory Experience
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degreepreferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
