The Information Technology Specialist is anonsite positionin our Alachua, Florida office.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the management of all information systems and provides operational and technology support to all levels of the Association.
Responsibilities:
Providing front-line IT support and troubleshooting services to end-user questions and requests primarily for the north territory, with flexibility to travel to South locations as needed.
Monitoring and assisting with Help Desk and support questions.
Support the onboarding and separation process as it relates to network access.
Setting up and configuring end-user desktop and laptop computers and effectively maintaining the base-images and support of the desktop imaging system.
Coordinating upgrades of software and hardware as well as maintenance releases of software including those distributed by both AgFirst and other vendors.
Maintaining updates and patches to the windows desktop and server environment.
Provisioning VOIP Mitel (Shoretel) phones and mobile devices to end users.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
Superior knowledge of computer software applications and computer hardware Technical skills related to Networking systems, security tools, MDM, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit(MDT), MECM, PowerShell.
End User support experience Critical thinker and problem solver Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
A+, Network+, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of IT user support including proficiency in front and back end operations, deployment and systems development.

$17 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
