Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos - Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register/POS system - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and seating area - Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages - Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed Skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating change - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends - Familiarity with operating a cash register or Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers Job Type:
